Just Smile ! Laugh! Repeat!
More often than not, we take for granted the simple things: laughing, smiling, walking with a strong posture, walking with our heads up! The smallest of actions, the simplest of gestures, the bare necessities if u will. Tiny advancements that send major ripples throughout our mental state.
Our mental state regulates much of what we do, especially: self perception, the drive to achieve our goals, and how we evaluate life experiences. If our state of mind is ill, then many other parts of our existence will suffer. One cannot expect to achieve new levels if their foundation is corrupt.
A big favor we all can do for ourselves is strengthen our foundations by bolstering our defenses against those things that would attack our mental state: Stress, doubt , confusion, outside criticism, feelings of entitlement.
So in short, don’t down yourself, nor let others down you. Even when it seems the most impossible to do so just smile, laugh, repeat!
