Challenge Yourself?!
We see it happen all the time! These people on Television, Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat making life changes and making it look so easy. They say if you “just eat this” , “drink this”, or “use this machine” your life long struggle with your health and weight will change.
In some cases, these products will do exactly what they promised. You’ll lose weight, Become more active and consequently more health conscious. But, the major keys missed by the naked eye are the hours of hard work that goes along with these products before and after pictures. The products are made to improve and increase the results of your hard work.
When deciding to make a change my best advice is to challenge yourself. Don’t simply tell yourself “let’s lose 10 pounds!” , but challenge yourself to improve everything you do on a daily basis! This challenge can help broaden the goals of your change.
You can challenge yourself to read more. Take a course to finish learning a language you have little knowledge of from school. Increase your networking skills by adding A social events once or twice a month to your schedule. Improve or increase your self value by making your “ideal self” a priority! Don’t just lose weight lose your negatives!
